EXPLANATION ON WHY YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED A CANCELLATION EMAIL: If you choose your time, submit your information and you back out of that screen before paying, a "PENDING" appointment is automatically set. THE "PENDING" APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED out due to non-payment within 24 hrs. If you resubmit your time, info and pay the deposit, do not worry about the cancelled "pending" appointment email you may receive.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Appointments are booked for Friday afternoon/evening.
* Tanning location will be noted on the booking screen for each show. (Normally we will be located in a meeting room at the host hotel.)
* We will apply at least two coats of competition color in one tanning appointment.
* The color will develop over night and darken. If more color depth is needed, then this will be done in the morning before the competition.
* You WILL NOT SHOWER until after the competition.
* If we are allowed backstage we will be available all day for touch-ups, suit glue and glazing (oiling).
PLEASE NOTE: *A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT (Sorry, no exceptions).
* Each athlete needs to put in their own personal info when booking and pay deposit. *At your appointment you will pay the balance of $80. (We apologize, but full payments will not be accepted prior to your appointment.) *After selecting your time and entering your information a THANK YOU screen will appear with a PayPal Buy Now button, click to pay deposit by Credit Card or PayPal. *IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE PAYMENT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE BOOKED! You will receive 2 emails. The first is a "pending" appointment email. This does not mean your appointment has been booked. You must complete payment to receive the second email which is the CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
